- • Engaging in fraud or deceptive practices
2.2 Harmful Content
- • Transmitting viruses, malware, or malicious code
- • Sending spam, phishing attempts, or unsolicited communications
- • Hosting hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
- • Promoting violence, terrorism, or self-harm
2.3 Security Violations
- • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- • Penetration testing or vulnerability scanning without permission
- • Circumventing authentication or security measures
- • Using the Service to attack or compromise other systems
2.4 Intellectual Property
- • Infringing copyrights, trademarks, or patents
- • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Service
- • Copying or redistributing our content without permission
- • Creating derivative works based on our technology
2.5 Service Abuse
- • Using automated systems to abuse or overload the Service
- • Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits

3. Website Scanning Restrictions
When using our audit tools, you agree to:
- • Only scan websites you own or have explicit permission to audit
- • Not scan websites that prohibit automated access in their robots.txt
- • Not use scans to gather competitive intelligence unlawfully
- • Not attempt to scan password-protected or private content
- • Respect rate limits to avoid overloading target servers
4. AI-Generated Content
Regarding AI-powered recommendations and content:
- • You are responsible for verifying AI recommendations before implementation
- • Do not use AI output to generate misleading or deceptive content
- • AI recommendations do not constitute professional advice
- • You retain responsibility for final implementation decisions
5. Data and Privacy
You agree to:
- • Not upload personal data of others without their consent
- • Not use the Service to collect data in violation of privacy laws
- • Comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable privacy regulations
- • Not attempt to access other users' data or accounts
6. Commercial Use
Commercial users (agencies, consultants, businesses) must:
- • Use the appropriate commercial subscription tier
- • Not resell audit reports as standalone products
- • Not use reports to create competing services
- • Comply with white-label terms if rebranding reports
7. Enforcement
We reserve the right to:
- • Investigate suspected violations of this AUP
- • Suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms
- • Report illegal activities to law enforcement
- • Take legal action against violators

8. Appeals
If your account is suspended or terminated, you may appeal the decision by contacting info@crownlightholdings.com with a detailed explanation. We will review appeals within 5 business days.
